About the Event:
Hi friends! My name is James Magee.
Well over 10 years ago, I made a choice. That choice came from a realization that my mental health was as important as my physical health. There may come a time when you realize that same thing. If you have, come join me!
We will be learning how to incorporate practices into our lives, to help ease anxiety, creating a greater measure of calm within. As well as learning exercises that help us find/feel, the spaces between thoughts. We will be developing tools to slowdown our thinking, leading to a more restful night. This will be a session/class of learning exercises helping you to ground, slowdown, and have more presence in your life.
