About the Event:
Hi friends! My name is James Magee.
Well over 10 years ago, I made a choice. That choice came from a realization that my mental health was as important as my physical health. There may come a time when you realize that same thing. If you have, come join me!

We will be learning how to incorporate practices into our lives, to help ease anxiety, creating a greater measure of calm within. As well as learning exercises that help us find/feel, the spaces between thoughts. We will be developing tools to slowdown our thinking, leading to a more restful night. This will be a session/class of learning exercises helping you to ground, slowdown, and have more presence in your life.

Cancellation Policy: Tickets are nonrefundable, and we do not offer transfers to other dates. If Amethyst needs to cancel, we will post cancellation on the Amethyst website, contact you, and refund your payment. If you are unable to attend you can give your ticket to a friend in your place.
